Our vision is to live in a world free of gender and racial pay discrimination for Latina women. Our mission is to empower Latinas to close the wage gap by providing awareness, education, training, and mentorship. We are committed to closing the gender wage gap. Our network enables Latinas to find their self-confidence and advance their skillset.
We are a network of diverse and multicultural women at all career levels, from recent graduates to executives.
